2024 Inflation Rate. India’s retail inflation eased to 3.54% in july, from 5.08% in june and 4.75% in may 2024, according to the latest ministry of statistics and programme. Inflation for fiscal 2024 stood at 5.4 per cent, at par with the central bank’s forecast.

Global headline inflation is expected to fall to 5.8 percent in 2024 and to 4.4 percent in 2025, with the 2025 forecast revised down. Q2 at 4.0 per cent;
